Our client is an established IT development firm that specialises in developing software for chromatography systems and chemical analysers for scientific application across the globe. The development team works with new modern technologies and the software is at the cutting-edge of this sector. Developers are given the opportunity to work on parts of the system which are interesting and stimulating for them, and can be involved in software architecture on particular projects. For their collective we currently seek the following role:
C++ Developer – Chemical Analyser Software (Ref: WEDI)
Responsibilities:
You have the opportunity to develop systems for data acquisition, evaluation and measurement of data collected from chemical analysis systems in C++ technology! This will include development of on-line control modules and drivers for analyser systems. This represents a fantastic job opportunity for someone who wants to develop in C++ on interesting software in the scientific field; you can contribute actively in an interesting software area!
You can play an important role in the development team, by contributing your development know-how and skills! Cooperate on developing the standalone solution as well as working on customized products for international distributors.
We require:
• Strong knowledge and practice with C++ language and development
• Knowledge and practice with MFC and API Windows
• UML experience is an advantage
• 2 years + development experience
• Minimum High School Education from a technical background, University is preferred
• Motivation to work with unique, interesting technologies that are applied in the scientific field
• Communicative English language as a minimum
• Ability to learn implement and deliver
• Detail orientation and independent
• Integrity, team player and development drive
