BILLING ASSISTANT/INVOICE CLERK / KLAD

For our client, an international law office located in the centre of Prague, we are currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of a Billing Assistant / Invoice Clerk who will be a part of newly establishing department within the company.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the complete invoicing and billing process, recording time and cost entry amendments, ensuring bills are accurate and recorded in accordance to company's policy, closely cooperating and communicating with foreign offices and clients, ensuring prompt client payment and fulfilling various ad hoc administrative tasks.

A suitable candidate should have a high school degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience on the similar position, preferably in financial administration. Very good knowledge of MS Excel, English and Czech language is a must, knowledge of Russian language is an advantage. We are looking for an independent and reliable person with excellent communication and organizational skills.
