Our client, a leading provider of hardware, software and wireless products and services for their client from different industries, is currently opening a role Technical Support Advisor with very good Portuguese language.
In this role you will provide first level technical support to customers. You will investigate, resolve and track trouble tickets in a timely manner. You also need to provide technical support to Service Representatives
To become the ideal candidate you need to have a strong Portuguese and English knowledge and understanding technical issues in those languages. You should have similar work experience or at least practical experience in field of wireless technologies, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN networking application, computer and mobile operating systems, network management tools, etc. You also should be able to diagnose technical problems.
Due to this job you will work in night shift, ability to handle different working hours.
