HR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST / MAUM INTERNATIONAL COMPANY For our significant client, an international company, we are looking for suitable candidates for the position – HR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST.
Suitable candidate will be responsible for all activities related to the recruitment of the best qualified high potential candidates, executing recruitment processes according to the company standards and supporting the Hiring Managers in coordination with HR Management.

Candidates´ main responsibilities will be:
Coordinate activities related to the recruitment process, including job postings and conducting interviews, recommend the best candidates to Hiring Managers and advise them on the offer conditions. Assist in the analysis of staffing needs across the organization (resulting from budgets, headcount plans, organizational reviews etc.). Set up and run the client brief by meeting with all parties involved in the recruitment process in order to build the Recruitment Plan detailing the position and candidate requirements. Attracting and sourcing, selecting the appropriate channels to support the process and implement job posting.
Perform and administer the recruitment activities according to the defined process (database search, proper sourcing channels usage, pre-screening interviews, organizing and supporting the Hiring Managers. Coordinate and execute hiring activities in cooperation with HR Management across all company operations in the Czech Republic. Assist and support all employer brand activities for specific events (job fairs, job shops, employer brand events etc.). Maintain and improve quality standards of recruitment processes and systems, identify and bring forwards opportunities for improvement as appropriate. Perform and report recruitment process KPI's and measures.

Candidate must have University Degree in relevant subject, min.3 yeas of Recruitment and Selection experience, experience in working for a multinational company would be an advantage, excellent personal computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook, spoken and written English skills and customers orientation. In regards to personality we require candidate with strong personal drive, enthusiasm and passion about people, excellent communication skills, inquisitive, pro-active approach and internationally mobile.
