Technical Support with Dutch

On behalf of our multinational client, who is a leading company in the telecommunication industry, we are seeking for a candidate with very good English and Dutch language skill.
As System Support Engineer you will provide timely and accurate technical assistance and support via email and phone on a broad range of products from barcode scanners to wireless network and enterprise mobility products. You will evaluate caller needs, resolve problem or escalate them. You should promote a positive image of product, technical ability and company and also provide an excellent customer service at all times.
To become the ideal candidate you need to have an excellent verbal and written English AND Dutch language skills.There is no work experience required, but ideally you have previous experience working in technical helpdesk roles. You have strong problem solving & troubleshooting abilities with ability to interact with customers over the phone and via email. You have also basic background in computer information systems (Internet, MS Office, Outlook). You must be technically oriented person to be successful in this job.
