Our client international company is seeking for HR Generalist. Selected candidate will be responsible for the overall support within HR area. Candidate will cover the whole recruiting, development, compensation and benefits, personal administration, exit interviews, HR audits, will cooperate with payroll, will follow company policies in regards to Health and Safety, Employment and Environment. He / She will be responsible for salary reviews, will act as a coach for managers, will share best practices and will also support various HR projects.
Suitable candidate will have to have experience from the position of HR Generalist or HR Specialist (the experience from the overall HR agenda is a must) for min. 2 years within international company – manufacturing or logistics is a must, reaches Upper-intermediate level in English and Czech, is excellent in MS Office. In regards to personality it will have to be communicative, dynamic, very well organized and flexible person with ability to work independently and under pressure. Driving licence B – active driver is a must.
