Our client international company is seeking for a HR Assistant. Selected candidate will
be responsible for
- Administration of candidates database, communication with candidates and new starters
- Time, attendance & access system administration
- Entering & updating data in company HR systems
- Scanning, copying, filing of documents
- Communication with Shared Service Center (payroll, employee registration, People Soft)
- Organizing & recording of medical employee checks, communication with company doctor
- Cooperation on recruitment, Assessment Center
- Creating & updating of documents and reports
- Meal vouchers ordering and distribution, wage slips distribution
- Participation in various HR projects
- General administration support of HR department in various areas
Suitable candidate will have to have experience in HR Assistant role for min. 1 year within an international company, reaches communicative level in English language, excelent knowledge of MS Office and Anet Time knowledge big advantage, and at least basic knowledge of Czech Labour Code. In regards to personality it will have to be detail oriented and proactive person with organisational skills who will be able to work independently and under pressure. The driving licence B is necessary for this role.
