As Project Manager will simultaneously manage the delivery of projects that enable clients to receive paper invoices electronically through integrated partnerships with 3rd party vendors, as well as work closely with the Solutions Management Organization to assist in defining the delivery management structure when integrating with 3rd party vendors.
Typically involves extensive interaction with sales, engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams. Project is typically focused on the delivery of new or enhanced products to improvement of customer satisfaction through the use of technology. Project management skills and technical skills, are key, but a strong technical background is often required to manage competing interests. Typically oversees schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment.
We require:
University degree
5+ years of experience in Vendor Management preferred
3+ years of Project Management
Experience in paper invoice processing, data entry, shared service center operations ·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Project, Word, and Excel
High Familiarity with procurement related processes (requisitioning, order processing, invoicing, and payment) Familiar with cXML and ERP systems is preferable ·
Fluent English and German is required
