Our client who is the world's leading independent provider of IT Services, they are providing innovative solutions in field of e-business strategy and technology, management consulting, application software, and IT and business process outsourcing.
They are opening 1st and 2nd level IT help-desk positions for those candidates who are interested in IT, wants to use their languages skills and likes to communicate with customers.
You will be responsible for recommendation of solutions and resolution of problems across a variety of IT platforms, logging and tracking requests, maintaining history records. You will have daily communication with customers via phone and email.
The ideal candidate has intermediate knowledge of English and fluency in German. You don´t need to have previous experience in IT help desk or customer service for the 1st level position, but for the 2nd level position you should have some experience in similar position. You have strong customer focus, willingness to support and good communication skills
Time flexibility - possible requirements to work on shifts and public holidays.
