Due to a successful expansion of our client who is planning several new office developments, we are looking for a Commercial Manager to be responsible for letting activities in Prague and Central Bohemia.
He/she will be based in Prague.
This is going to be an independent position with direct reporting to Leasing Director and close cooperation with legal and development department.
Leasing Manager will search for and complete information on the local market and trends, tenants as well as activities of competitors; proactively identify potential tenants and establish and maintain relationships with clients. He/she will participate in preparation and update of letting plan of projects; independently lead lease negotiations with tenants as well as cooperate with lawyer and construction professionals.
It is also expected that the Leasing Manager will solve problems that might arise during the preparation and realisation of letting relationship.
Required profile:
Min. 2 years in office letting ; excellent presentation skills; building up and maintaining relationships with clients/ networking; strong negotiation skills; very good communicator; strong personality; result and client oriented approach; loyalty
PC Office – advanced Excel and Word; excellent command of English and Czech; drivers license
Client offers a creative position, possibility to work on new projects of a dynamically expanding company.
The salary will consist of an attractive monthly basis and a motivation bonus connected to performed activities. The Leasing Manager will be provided with a company car, mobile phone and laptop.
