Team Leader for German Advisors

On behalf of our multinational client who is a leading IT related company we are seeking for a candidate with good German and English language, who will be the Team Leader of the Customer Service Representatives.
Team Leader

Tasks:
Your responsibility will be managing the performance of the team, ensuring that the service levels are met with the client´s requirements. You need to set, manage strategic goals for the team. Also you need to monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures. In this position also very important to succeed the following:
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
- Providing operational support to team members
- Handling client communication and escalations

Requirements:
-English and German language on a very good level, mainly in communication
-2 years of previous experience in team leading, ideally in Customer Service environment
-Ability to work under pressure and react quickly
-Strong leadership and organisational skills
-Analytical skills
-Very good customer handling skills
-Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
