Finance Manager – sales organization (PF)

Our client, a well known sales organization based in Prague centre is currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager to become part of their success story.
This position, reporting to the CFO and Managing Director, will have the following responsibilities:
•Overall responsibility for the finance, controlling, accounting, legal affairs, audit reports;
•Manage the preparation of monthly/quarterly reports and budgets;
•Analyse cash flow, cost control and expenses to guide business leaders;
•Develop, implement and maintain the internal processes and related policies/rules;
•Manage the financial aspects of the capital appraisals, treasury / cash call process for the country;
•Maintain contacts with auditors, banks, credit insurers, tax experts and lawyers;
From your background in an internationally focused organisation you will already have at least 6-8 years work experience within budgeting, accounting and reporting, and you will be looking for the next step in your career with a broader remit of responsibilities and a role that will allow you to develop further.

Your ideal qualification will include University degree in Economics, couple years of audit (big4) experience and following experience on side of client at the position of Senior Controller or Finance Manager.
This position is not suitable for candidates with audit experience but without following experience on side of the client.
You will be fluent in both written and spoken English and be comfortable with using your language skills everyday in a business environment. This position is suitable for Czech speakers only.
