Our client a well-known multinational company is opening a role for an experienced candidate to join to their successful team and work as Customer Service Supervisor.
The main purpose of this role is to monitor processes of customer service department, to contribute to the quality and process improvement, to coordinate with external audits,
to lead of tem, to define goals of department, to collect and to analyze results and to take care of crisis management.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to extend the scope of his or her activities and responsibility.
The successful candidate has min. 3 years experience on similar position and very good understanding of SAP and MS Office – especially Excel. Due to the scope of the work the candidate should have a very good English language skill and experience with leading small team of people. In regards to personality it will have to be communicative, mature, independent, open-minded and self – organized individual with strong customer orientation.
