TECHNICAL MANAGER FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
EASTERN AFRICA
Technical Manager will be managing technical and development teams, design and tender process and will also be in charge of contract negotiations.
He/she will be responsible for overall project development and construction management of residential and commercial projects as well as developments of civic amenities (schools etc.) in Eastern Africa.
The position will also cover implementation of the company´s technical standards and procedures with adjustment to local environment and will perform regular safety and quality audits on construction sites.
We are looking for a senior professional who is flexible to relocate to Eastern Africa for duration of project (2-3 years); with min. of 5 years experience with development projects. Experience with managing projects abroad is a big plus. Fluent English is essential and strong personality is also very important.
