Participation and collaboration on the implementation of products/services at client site
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution and supports the client during the acceptance phase;
Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
Provides support to IT staff for the definition of the Software Requirements Specification and of other project documents
Guarantees the planned costs/deadlines/man days with reference to the project
Manages the relationship towards the internal players and towards the external players in order to produce effective solutions for the client.
Supports the sales staff during the sales phase as a product specialist and gathers the explicit and implicit customer needs in order to develop high value added solutions
A bachelor degree in Economics or IT or Business
Fluent knowledge of English language and Czech language
Knowledge of any CEE language would be regarded
Some technical knowledge of IT information system architecture will be regarded
Good negotiation and communication skills
Analytical thinking, at least 3 years experience in a business analysis role or similar field
Willingness to travel
