Customer Client Representative with Swedish or Dutch

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include responding to employee enquiries, using troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues and client service techniques to manage sensitive enquiries regarding payroll.
Requirements:
- Secondary school education
- Good PC skills
- Fluent in Swedish or Dutch
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good command of English language (knowledge of Czech language is not needed)
- Proven ability to multi-task, probe, analyze and problem-solve issues
- Customer service experience with proven skills with conflict resolution is a +
