SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST WITH FRENCH / ZBSA

For our significant client, an international company, we are looking for suitable candidate for the position Service Desk Specialist with French language.
In this position you will be responsible mainly for following agenda:
You will be responsible for dealing with requests and issues of the end users via phone and email, you will summarise and put information into the system, provide requested information and active support end users. Your responsibility will be for identification of the problem and suggesting the resolution.
Do you meet following client´s key requirement for the role?
Suitable candidate must be fluent in French and English, have at least high school degree, must have very good communication skills, be patient and have very good computer knowledge (advanced user).
