Our client is young Czech company developing global used printing solutions. The solution is based on Java, using Spring, Tomcat, JBoss, opensource databases and others. For their Czech branch in Prague, we are looking for experienced candidates who want to influence things, develop themselves and grow with the company. The company operates around the whole world – branches in USA, Australia, China, Japan and others.
Responsibilities & tasks:
• Ensuring that the team output is at a predictable level over long periods of time
• Making sure that the team follows set technical standards
• Improving the team member's skills and abilities to ensure the team is ready for future challenges
• Full responsibility for the whole development process
• Development of new solution Your profile:
• JAVA (J2EE, J2SE) – previous experience as a programmer
• Knowledge of databases
• Experience with analysis
• Have experience with project management traditional or agile
• Experience with team leading
• Be able to lead by example
• Be able to cooperate well with application architects
• Very good English, native Czech/Slovak
