On behalf of our multinational client, who is operating a shared service center in Brno, we are seeking for a candidate for the following position:
AP Specialist - French
You will be responsible for the registration of the received invoices to AP module. You are preparing invoices for payment and ensure the timely payment of invoices. You will be in daily communication with foreign suppliers, resolving their queries and requests relating to the payment of invoice. You are participating in the preparation of documents for internal and external audit
To become the successful candidate you must have an excellent French and communicative English and also preferably Czech language knowledge. Previous experience in similar position, preferably from SSC. To have a good relationship with the clients you should have an excellent communication skill and ability to work in a team
