CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH FRENCH OR GERMAN / ZBSA

For our significant client operating in tourism we are looking for suitable candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative with French or German.
Responsibility:
In this position you will be responsible for answering e-mails and phone calls from specific countries, processing booking and reservations, preparing holiday offers, managing customer requests with the partner, you will follow up clients' online bookings and coordinate the whole clients' order.
Requirements:
We are looking for responsible, friendly and proactive person, who is a strong team player, is stress resistant, is flexible (possible shifts), has very good communication skills, is fluent in English + German or French and has good knowledge in MS Office.
