Our client, a leading BPO organisation who has operational support team in Brno, is currently offering an excellent possibility for a candidate who has good German and English language knowledge and has several years team management experience in customer service environment.
As the manager of the German speaking customer service representatives your responsibility will be managing the performance of the team, ensuring that the service levels are met with the client´s requirements. You need to set, manage strategic goals for the team. Also you need to monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures. In this position also very important to succeed the following:
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
- Providing operational support to team members
- Handling client communication and escalations
Requirements:
-English and German language - very good level, mainly in communication
-At least 2 years previous experience in team leading, ideally in Customer Service environment
-Ability to work under pressure and react quickly
-Strong leadership and organisational skills
-Analytical skills
-Very good customer handling skills
-Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
