REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - UTILITY VEHICLES/VEMI

Our client is the premier supplier of high-quality turf equipment, utility vehicles, golf cars and tractors delivering superior performance for their customers while also working to be environmentally conscious. Currently our client expand to Czech republic and looking for Regional Sales Manager as the only person to be responsible for the market.

Responsibilities:


To achieve the annual sales objectives set for your territory as well as any targets that may be set from time to time

To achieve all margin objectives that are set and control outstanding receivables for customers you are responsible for

To agree an Annual Business Plan with each dealer, against specific objectives set by the Company and work closely with the dealer to ensure full support and motivation is provided to achieve this Plan

To carry out end user sales visits to key and high profile customers, with or without dealer sales personnel present.

To promote all brands and products supplied by the company regardless of whether they are included in individual targets.

To identify dealer training needs and carry out sales training as necessary in conjunction with International Training Manager.

To prepare or assist in the preparation of quotations for direct sales for dealers, particularly targetting high profile end-users

To ensure all receivables are closely controlled at all times

To identify, develop and promote new sales opportunities

To identify and report vulnerabilities in the Company sales activities. In particular keep contingency plans and SWOT analysis for each area updated at least quarterly.
