In this position you will be responsible mainly for following agenda:
You will be in the 1st line technical support, responsible for incoming queries, you will provide information and suggest solutions, you will assign all information into the system, keep customers informed about the status and progress of technical faults on their services. Your team will cooperate with members of customer service teams in another countries and you will keep responsibility for assigned trouble tickets. Important is quality, not quantity.
Do you meet following client´s key requirement for the role?
Fluency in English and German is a must, suitable candidate must have perfect communication skills, must be enthusiastic, patience and have advanced knowledge in MS Office.
