For our client, international pharmaceutical company with original products, we are currently looking for suitable candidates for the position of Commercial Trainger and Sales Force Effectiveness Manager CR/SK.
The person will:
- identify the skills and analyze the needs of the sales force to aid them in becoming more effective and successful in the future
- communicate with external training companies,
- determine long range training requirements and implement changes in the training programme,
- deliver selling skills training to commercial staff,
- evaluate the effectiveness of all training programs, tools, sales aids,
- identify and correct sales personnel deficiencies in product knowledge and selling skills to strengthen productivity
- coordinate the implementation and assist with the development of all pharmaceutical training materials for the field sales organization including self-instructional material, learning texts, visual aids, training and support manuals and special training literature,
- develop, implement, and administer pharma management coaching tools,
- keep training database updated and calculate KPI
- develop strategies to review and improve business and planning processes for achieving customer excellence
- manage/lead key cross-functional projects to improve operational excellence and productivity
- lead supportive functions in Customer Excellence division and internal systems e.g. CRM, SFE
- educate & train Salesforce Teams, Brand Team Leaders and appropriate in field roles (e.g. KAMs) in affiliate in the concepts, processes, methodology and benefits of SFE
The ideal candidate should have master degree and 5 years experience in field senior sales, customer and/or business excellence role and experience with sales force effectiveness. Suitable candidate will also have an experience in people leadership, managing cross-functional teams, experience in project management and sales force training. Necessary is knowledge of sales force measures and metrics as well as of the fundamental aspects of affiliate financial performance. Other requirements are:
- deep knowledge of CRM, SFE tools and systems,
- understanding of brand planning cycle,
- good understanding of the organizational processes and procedures,
- ability to analyze data to translate market insight from internal and external sources into powerful insights,
- ability to drive strategic process and innovation excellence,
- ability to define customer excellence programs, etc.
