Our client is one of the world´s leading property investment funds. Their diverse client base includes public and private pension funds, insurance companies, governments, endowments and private individuals from across the globe.
They are looking to hire an Investment Analyst to join their team in Prague.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities of Investment Analyst will include modelling, financial analyses and underwriting:
Modelling and Financial Analysis
Responsible for all valuation and economic cash flows models (Excel and Argus)
Validate the model with tax and finance
Develop business strategy relating to cash flows models (e.g. which model to use)
Assist in Underwriting, set-up and run portfolio valuation and economic models
Review economic model
Set up property cash flow model
Underwriting
Perform the underwriting and valuation of single assets or portfolios
Review and analyse all relevant documentation (leases, rent roll, financial statements, etc.)
Perform site inspections & market analysis
Interact with deal team to raise U/W issues early on
Prepare cash flow valuation supported by market comps
Integrate engineering, environmental and NOI audit into the analysis
Prepare IC package
Check / confirm budget
Commission / engage advisors in coordination with specialist teams / departments
Lead multifunctional due diligence in coordination with specialist teams / departments and AM
Organise hand-off meeting to closer
We are looking for a candidate with following skills and experience:
University degree
Min. 2 years commercial real estate experience
Min. 1 years real estate underwriting experience
Asset management experience is a plus
Experience in structuring debt & equity transactions
Experience with acquisitions, sales, underwriting & risk
Strong aptitude for financial modelling and analysis
Excellent Analytical Skills preferably applied to financial modelling
Demonstrated teaming and interpersonal skills
Strong critical thinking
Excellent command of English
Ability to Multi-task
Strong organisational skills
Problem solving skills
Strong computer skills (EXCEL, PowerPoint, Word, ARGUS)
Good business writing skills
