Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for 1st line level support by ensuring everyday contact and interaction with internal users, you will receive request and solve various problems related to IT issues, allocate unresolved call to other colleagues or 2nd level support as appropriate and enter all information into system. Your goal will be to provide adequate help and satisfy users’ needs.
We require:
As a successful candidate you should have customer orientation with ability to make a good customer relations. Previous experience in similar position is a big advantage, IT background is preffered. Communicative level of English and excellent German is a must. Suitable candidate should be able to work independently as well as in the team and have very good communication skills and strong drive to solve problem.
