What is the content of the role?
- Analysing performance of customers segments; modelling portfolio trends
- Looking for growth opportunities through: change of credit risk criteria, new features, products amendments – recommendations passed on to product and pricing dept.
- Calculating / recommending retention activities: including investment vs. benefits
- Close cooperation in market research in understanding customers motivations and needs
What we expect?
SKILLS:
- Consumer marketing skills, with emphasis on customer development/customer relationship management
- Expert in leading customer analytics, including measurement of customer customers profitability
- Expert in managing customers lifecycle: segmentation, behavioral analysis and maximizing retention/ profit
- Ability to turn strategy into action
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to run effective workshops and deliver effective presentations
EXPERIENCE:
- Min. 3 years’ experience on the senior management level with strong track of records in portfolio segmentation and profitability impact
- Finance or telecommunication sector experience would be of the advantage
- Experience in driving / managing x-functional projects
