Well known international company operating with wide products portfolio thought IT market, strong enterprise with rich practise in providing technology solutions to consumers is looking for ideal candidate to to strengthen their team Software Sales Representative position.
Main tasks for this position:
•Focuses on generating new software business and builds, monitors and manages sales pipeline activity.
•Is responsible for achieving/managing quarterly, half yearly and annual quotas.
•Focuses on larger deals/opportunities and selling a full portfolio of company software.
•Builds strong professional relationships with key IT and business executives, including C level Executives.
•Analyzes client industry and competitive research and information to facilitate rich client dialogue.
•Applies consultative-selling techniques to identify and advance opportunities that result in ongoing profitable revenue growth for our company.
•Works with management to develop future business plans; independently determines methods for achieving plans.
•Develops account plans and long-term sales pipeline to increase company’s market share.
•Maintains all opportunities in CRM tool and updates them weekly.
•Spends extensive time working with and leveraging a diverse set of external partners.
•Advocates for client needs in negotiating solution sales and troubleshooting delivery issues.
Ideal candidate should have a university degree in business or technical field (advanced degree or MBA preferred), also highly experienced in selling technology software (at least 8 years sales experience) with highly selling skills. He/She should expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes in complex, large deals, be able to understand the customer's business issues and translate to company solutions. Candidate with strong high-level customer management relationship building, especially working with executives in lines of business, and sometimes board level. Adept at advanced sales negotiations and positioning solution value under pricing pressures from customer IT and procurement professionals. Extensive partner organization intelligence and ability to work closely with multiple partners, to engage the client in business solutions. Excellent time management and presentation skills. As this job includes travelling, driving license B is necessary. English language is needed on communicative level.
