As a Head of Fleet department you will be responsible for direct leadership of KAM team and indirect within subordinate sales teams. Job also includes cooperation and communication with importers. One of main task of this position is supervision over effective set up of sales processes of whole Fleet department. Head of Fleet reports directly to Sales and Marketing Director. You’ll be preparing tenders, with connected negotiation and calculation of offers.You’ll be also responsible for search of new distribution channels and cooperation with brands in of fleet clients (acquisition, events, marketing communication, customer care, CRM activities). Provide know-how to own team, motivate them and evaluate their performance.
Expected experience and knowledge:
- University degree, preferably in Finance specialisation
- Proven track record of sales experience and previous leading experience of larger team (min 15 people)
- Structured personality, ability to coordinate business processes
- Experience with set up of effective sales strategy, finance and business planning
- Fluent English
- Excellent business/negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient PC user, Ms Office
