Our client international company is seeking for a HR & ADMINISTRATION LEADER. Selected candidate will lead the HR function for all stuff (contracts, salaries, medical, visas), lead the performance management and development, lead the administration throughout the company and will ensure its highest quality, lead the team of two people, and will also provide support to Principal and Vice Principal of the company. He / She will ensure the administration fully supports leader in carrying out strategic leadership and will support the admissions and marketing team in promotion.
Suitable candidate will have to have experience in HR field for min. 2 years with knowledge and experience of key leadership tasks (presenting to staff, managing performance, mentoring and coaching), reaches advanced level in Czech and English language, is highly experienced in MS Office, and is customer oriented. In regards to personality it will have to be an excellent communicative individual with organizational skills who will be able to work independently and under pressure.
