Systems Support with English & Spanish

Our multinational IT/telecommunication client is seeking for a candidate with technical skill/orientation who could support their clients.

The candidate will provide technical assistance and support on a broad range of products from barcode scanners to wireless network and enterprise mobility products (email/ calls) by using call management system, maintain accurate on-line records of all calls and emails received.
The candidate is also translating technical documents-English-Spanish.

The ideal candidate must have an advanced level knowledge in English&Spanish. Previous experience is not a must, but experience in helpdesk role is highly desired. You have excellent communications skills with strong focus on customer satisfaction and strong problem solving & troubleshooting abilities with ability to interact with customers over the phone and via email
