COSTUMER SERVICE GROUP SUPERVISOR - IMMEDIATELY - PRAGUE
Our client, well known financial institution, is currently looking for COSTUMER SERVICE GROUP SUPERVISOR.
Succesfull candidate will be responsible for daily organisation of work, support of team members, monitoring of compliance with working procedures, reporting. The candidate will be also updating and managing of client database, collecting and preparation data, file and receivables administration.
A suitable candidate should have at least 2 year experience in team leading in client services, very good English and PC skills. Our client is looking for responsible, organised and independent personality, able to learn new process and database systems, who can start immediately.
