A long-time established construction and engineering company is currently looking to recruit an experienced and proven Project Manager to carry out one of their project which is due to be finished in the middle of 2015. The main task of the Project Manager will be to successfully complete the entrusted project and hand it over to the developer.
You as the Project Manager will be responsible for the project in all its phases actively liaising with the designers, site mangers as well as sub-contractors and the client. The company emphasizes environmental issues, hence a careful adherence to all quality and safety standards will be strongly desired. Basically, it is the standard trio of quality, time and costs that you will be responsible for.
The candidate MUST have at least 5 years of experience in management of civil construction projects, whether commercial, retail or residential with a special preference of the last field. The client will strongly prefer candidates with a residential background in general and the finishing stage in particular. Apart from a degree in civil construction, the client will only consider candidates who speak fluent Italian and very good English and can start at a very short notice, that is to say in October.
The client is aware of how complex this position is and that is only time limited assignment, therefore he offers very generous remuneration of at least 80 000 CZK per month and employee’s contract on top.
