For our client and international stable company we are searching for an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT. Selected candidate will lead the team of four people and will be responsible for administrative support of Director and also the management team (ca 7 people ), organization of meetings regarding the agenda, taking meeting minutes, preparation of documents, presentations, business trips agreements and booking the hotels and fly tickets, events organization, communication with clients and will represent the company.
Suitable candidate will have to have previous experience from the position of Executive Assistant for min. 2-3 years supporting an expat ideally within an international company. He/She will reach the advanced level of English language and will be also fluent in Czech. Excellent knowledge of MS Office is a must. In regards to a personality it will have to be dynamic, independent, solution-minded person with excellent organization skills who wants to develop and is able to work under pressure.
