My client is a multinational company with a global, well-known brand name. Here in the Czech market they have an international IT centre providing IT services their business entities in different countries.

Responsibilities:
In this job you will be responsible for management of security projects and programs, as well as creating and implementation of security procedures. You also need to ensure compliance to security policies. You will be in communication with the Head of Information Security to achieve and maintain compliance with security standards.
You will be expected to provide support to internal support teams to implement security solutions. Monitor IT service vendors and providers to comply with security policies and standards. You will carry out venerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk reviews. Security incident investigations will be required and you will need to coordinate activities to minimize impact and reduce the likelihood of re occurrence. Monitor overall security threats, trends and vulnerabilities. Lead and manage security working groups and motivate experts within information security.
We require:
• University Education from an IT or technical background is a strong advantage here
• Experience with management of security related projects (we are looking for rather hands-on project management)
• Experience with operating system security (Linux RHEL, HPUX or Microsoft Windows)
• Familiarity with venerability, assessment and penetration testing
• Awareness of ITIL processes
• Security incident and response management
• Familiar with network and host based intrusion detections
• Fluent spoken and written English language
