Hotel Director will responsible for the overall operation of the hotel, its promotion and performance management. from strategic decisions through business and fulfilment of hotel to operational activities.
Main duties will cover analyses of overall hotel operations, suppliers as well as hotel performance; preparation of business plan and operational budget; evaluation of suppliers and selecting new ones if necessary – coordination of selection process, negotiations and contract management; reviewing quality of service and prepare and implement steps for its improvement. A very important part of the job will be marketing and promotion activities.
We are looking for an experienced professional who has developed their career in the hotel industry and has managed a hotel. ´´Hands on´´ approach is very important, since we need a manager who will execute activities rather than delegate. Candidate on this position must have a strong and assertive personality with customer focus. We are looking for a professional who likes challenges and is motivated by successful performance.
Strong communicative and negotiation skills are very important. English is a must, Czech is an advantage but not a condition. Strategic thinking and high resistance against stress are essentials.
