You will be responsible for:
Process definition, reviewing and auditing
Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the process
Responsible for registering and classifying received Incidents and undertaking an immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT service as quickly as possible
Major incident resolution coordination
Managing affected specialists and vendors
Communication to ICT management and stakeholders
Documenting incident resolution
Close cooperation with problem management
