SC Marketing Manager / Bema

For our client we are looking for SC Marketing Manager, this position is situated in Ostrava.
This position will be responsible for competitors’ analyses, monitoring of regional market and consumer trends, performing the local surveys and campaign evaluations (tests, focus group, etc.), participation in SC BPL process, with special responsibility for SC marketing Goals, preparation of SC marketing plan in co-operation with SCM based on overall Country strategic goals, creating of the Centre Marketing Budget as an integrated part of the Centre Budget, implementation of SC marketing plan, marketing standards, templates, etc, responsible for following the Centre Marketing Budget, maintain the information flow with the tenants and active cooperation with the tenants concerning the marketing matters, responsible for regular monitoring and overall communication of the SC, organization of SC events and activities, support the centre manager in all marketing matters, support of BTB marketing activities in the SC, following and respecting defined BTB and B2C branding, responsible for execution of marketing activities, responsible for incoming invoices related to marketing, ordering the media according to marketing plan and communication with agencies, maintaining internal media, administrator of web page of particular centre, responsible for SC PR activities and maintaining relationship with store and its local marketing manager, Reports to Centre Manager Ostrava.
We are looking for the person who has min. 2 years experience in shopping centre business, min. 2 years experience in marketing field, secondary or University degree in marketing is preferred, strong communication and writing skills, English and Czech language in spoken and written, good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage.
