Our candidate will be responsible for acquisition and administration of short term leases, reporting to Centre Manager in Ostrava, planning of short term leases on the yearly basis including seasons and special events. Next, he will be responsible for additional rent contracts, revenues, receivables and other short term leases documents including archiving, for monitoring of regional market competitors, for creating a Short Term Lease Budgets and maintain up-to-date database of potential partners/tenants.
We are looking for the candidate with experience in negotiations and dealing with contracts is also preferred, Secondary/University degree, 2 years experience in leasing or sales position is preferred, strong communication and organization skills, English and Czech/Slovak language in spoken and written, Team player.
