Our client is looking for Sales Director Russia, who will be based in Moscow and responsible for acquisitions, contracting and review of distributors. Moreover, one of the main tasks will be indirect management and development of sales teams, pricing and tendering for the whole promoted product portfolio. Sales Director (N-1) will lead both distributors and also direct subordinates.
Company has years of experience in division of development, manufacturing and sales of products for biochemical, immunodiagnostic and bacterial analysis. Sales Director will be responsible for creating business plans for distributors, sales of established or newly launched products and bringing sales results in accordance to defined sales target. The person will be in touch with logistics, customer care, service department and Quality Assurance department. Sales Director will directly report to Country Manager.
The company is looking for a strong leader with ability to create a fully working clients’ and distributors network, able to assess effectiveness of a sales team and with previous successful sales track. The successful candidate should be an expert in the laboratory area and have long term experience in IVD sales and coordination of distribution network. The person should be an advanced English user, willing to travel across Russia.
