IT SUPPORT WITH GERMAN OR DUTCH/ ZBSA

For our significant client, stable international company based in Prague, we are searching for suitable candidates for the position of IT support with German + English or Dutch + English.
Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for 1st line level support by ensuring everyday contact and interaction with internal users, you will receive request and solve various problems related to IT issues, allocate unresolved call to other colleagues or 2nd level support as appropriate and enter all information into system. Your goal will be to provide adequate help and satisfy users’ needs.
We require:
As a successful candidate you should have customer orientation with ability to make a good customer relations. Previous experience in similar position is a big advantage, IT background is preffered, but it is not a condition. Fluent level in English + German or Dutch+English is a must - you will use both languages on daily basis. Beside, you should be a person that is able to work independently as well as in the team, you should have very good communication skills and strong drive to solve problem.
