The successful candidate will be responsible for covering the entire financial agenda of the company. Leading a team of 3 people and reporting directly to the general manager he or she will cover monthly reconciliations of accounts, prepare balance sheet and P&L statement, analyze business results of the company, compare planned and actual results, provide commentaries on discrepancies between budget and actual results. This person will also act as advisory to the general manager regarding all financial matters. The position offers some irregular and limited possibilities for business trips abroad.
The right candidate should have at least a secondary education and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the area of controlling. Very good knowledge of the English language and very good PC skills (especially MS Excel) are essential. Previous experience from a manufacturing company and knowledge of the German language are of advantage. The candidate should demonstrate managerial skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
