For our client, a company that provides enterprise platform for business intelligence, I am looking for Solutions Engineer
Responsibilities
•Daily communication with US colleagues and customers (project requirements and status)
•Providing feedback on project architecture to the Solution Architect
•Implementation of a complete ETL process for specific projects (in an ETL tool based on CloverETL tool created by Javlin
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with at least BSc. degree in computer science with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Must:
•Experience with OLAP and BI modeling techniques
•Some experience with Java and/or scripting languages (Ruby, Python, ...).
•General knowledge of SQL
•Ability to work in Unix environment
•Logical and analytical thinking, communication skills
•Czech is mandatory, Fluent written English is a must, good spoken English is an advantage
Advantage:
•Experience with design and implementation of ETL processes
•Experience with work in customer-oriented (consulting-like) team
•Knowledge of Git
•Knowledge of Web Services, REST
•Knowledge of a scripting language (Python, Ruby, Perl)
•Advanced experience with Unix environments
