Responsibilities:
As Administrator of customer contract you ill pull together maintenance quotations that will be sent to the end customers notifying them of their forthcoming maintenance renewal. This activity will require reviewing the data held on our systems, identifying any data that does not look correct then reviewing it against contract paperwork, past invoices etc before getting it corrected on the system prior to generating the quotation.

Requirements:
Suitable candidate should have ideally university degree and at least 1 year of experience in Customer contract maintanance. Knowledge of English and excellent level of German or Dutch is a must. We are looking for an independent and responsible candidate, person that is goal oriented, flexible and able to cooperate in the team.
