A successful candidate would be responsible for compensation and benefits processes for CR and SR, data audits, communication with company managers and departments, preparation of proposals etc. The candidate would be doing also support during restructuring process, payroll, implementation of PS rules and HR advisory.
A suitable candidate should have experience in compensation and benefits, knowledge of Labour Code and HR processes and advanced PC skills (particularly MS Excel). Experience with HR project and recruitment is advantage. Advanced English and driving licence B is a must. The client is looking for initiative, communicative candidate with analytical mind, who can work under pressure.
