The Revenue Management Director will be responsible for passenger revenue production with a significant focus on pricing strategy and the tools needed to execute the pricing business processes. He/She is responsible for a fare structure and all changes to the fare structure, fare promotions, daily pricing operations, including the disseminations of timely and accurate fare data. Moreover the RMD provides Leadership of daily operations and future planning of the Pricing Team, fare structure and all changes to the fare structure. He/She will also create and implement fare/booking training scheme for the Clients. The team includes 6 managers (direct report) and about 30 non-managerial positions (non-direct report). The RMD reports to the Member of the Board, responsible for network planning.
We are looking for the Candidates having University Diploma, 6+ years of Revenue Management and Pricing experience or equivalent preferred, previous experience working for an airline is a must. Previous Leadership experience required, 3-5 years preferred. Very good O&D system operating skills (O&D PROS preferred), very good MS Office (Excel and Power Point) skills, strategic thinking ability, ability to build a fact base and business case for strategic recommendations, analytical skills, pro-activeness, highly developed interpersonal skills. Very good English required.
