For our significant client, an international company, we are looking for suitable candidates for the position of Administrator with German and English

Responsibilities:
Administrative support to the Front Office
Communication with Sales team in Germany regarding to the products
Communication with customers regarding deliveries and invoicing
Preparing of documents
Ensuring that the delivery is on time
Solving claims and problems with the orders

Requirements:
Technical orientation
Experience with back office processes with technical product
English and German on fluent level
Flexibility
Knowledge of logistic processes
MS Office package
