In this position you will be responsible mainly for following agenda:
You will be responsible for customer orders via phone and email, communication with internal and external customers, receiving and resolving customer enquiries concerning products, providing generall information, maintaining data in the system, providing support to team colleagues.
Do you meet following client´s key requirement for the role?
Suitable candidate is High school graduate/has University degree, is fluent in Polish and has very good knowledge in English. Very good communication skills and previous experience in customer service are must. Suitable candidate is organised, systematic and is able to work under pressure.
