Responsibilities:
Administrative support to the Front Office
Communication with Sales team and branches in Europe regarding to the products
Communication with customers regarding deliveries and invoicing
Preparing of documents
Ensuring that the delivery is on time
Solving claims and problems with the orders
Requirements:
Technical orientation
Experience with back office processes with technical product
English on fluent level, second language on a fluent level is big advantage (German, Italian, Polish, Scandinavian languages, Romanian, Hungarian and others)
Flexibility
Knowledge of logistic processes
MS Office package
