Our important client, international FMCG company, is currently looking for a new member of their Prague-based team to fill the position of EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT.
The candidate, who will succeed, will be responsible for administrative and information support of Senior Key Account Manager and Key Account Manager, preparation of international reports, forecasting, preparation of analyses and presentation. The candidate would communicate with costumers and provide credit management issues support. An important part of the work is also preparate of summaries from other reports and doing trade visits.
A suitable candidate should have at least High School education and excellent MS Office (pivot tables in MS Excel are essential). Fluent English is a must. The candidate should have driving licence and be active driver. The client is looking for communicative and active candidate with negotiation skills and analytical mind.
